Platform Producer

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day execution of audience management and permissions, the part-time Platform Producer will handle high-volume operational requests, manage access across multiple systems, and establish documentation to enhance business self-service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain standard and bespoke audiences in RPM
• Triage, process, and fulfill access requests across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance and data privacy
• Document data privacy rules and create instructional guides to streamline audience management processes

Required qualifications:

• Practical experience administering user access and audience segmentation in multi-system environments
• Clear understanding of data privacy principles and governance rules related to managing people data
• Ability to diagnose and resolve user access discrepancies and permission issues
• Demonstrated ability to create structured documentation and standard operating procedures
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
