Platform Product Management Director

Job Summary

Responsible for evolving the strategy and roadmap for the GridUnity Intelligence Platform, the full-time Platform Product Management Director will manage platform capabilities, collaborate with engineering and product owners, and ensure alignment on product management approaches in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for the Intelligence Platform and coordinate delivery timing with the Director of Product Management
• Act as the primary product partner to infrastructure engineering, educating product owners on platform components and managing requests for new capabilities
• Champion platform quality, security, and compliance, while leading platform direction through influence and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software, including 7+ years in Product Management with a focus on platform or infrastructure roles
• Track record of successful SaaS product development and launch
• Energy or utility industry experience is required
• In-depth understanding of Agile software development methodology
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience is preferred
