Platform Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and strategy for the claims adjudication platform, the full-time remote Platform Product Manager will manage the product portfolio, prioritize investments, and lead cross-functional teams to translate platform capabilities into market-ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the claims adjudication platform product portfolio, including vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle decisions
• Align executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on platform priorities and measurable outcomes
• Define and maintain a multi-year claims adjudication platform strategy and roadmap that aligns with enterprise product strategy and market needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience with enterprise-scale platforms or complex technology products
• Demonstrated experience in commercializing complex business platforms that support multiple clients or business units
• Experience in setting product strategy, managing roadmaps, and measuring product outcomes
• Proficiency in agile product development, continuous discovery, and product lifecycle management
