Job Summary
To support business units integrating with the modern Tradeweb estate, the full-time remote Platform Site Reliability Engineer will provide guidance on cloud and Kubernetes migrations, manage observability and application deployment platforms, and enhance on-premises Linux infrastructure while participating in a weekly on-call rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support for cloud and Kubernetes migrations
- Manage and improve the observability platform for metrics, logs, and traces
- Enhance the internal application deployment platform and on-premises Linux infrastructure
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services, particularly IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, EKS, R53, MSK, and RDS
- Required knowledge of Kubernetes as an infrastructure operator; Argo CD experience is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code best practices, including Terraform and Terragrunt
- Proficiency in Python is required; knowledge of Golang is a strong plus
- Experience with Ansible and observability technologies like Prometheus/OpenTelemetry is required
