Plexis Claims Manager Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plexis / Plexis Claim Manager (PCM) System Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level analysis, support, and configuration of Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data-related issues within Plexis/PCM environments
- Gather and document business and technical requirements to configure claims processing workflows and system modules
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software or similar systems
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with EDI transactions and healthcare data interchange standards
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
