Job Summary
Providing remote support for the 3DEXPERIENCE application, the contract PLM Support Engineer will troubleshoot performance and integration issues while ensuring compliance with ITAR regulations and corporate data security policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules
- Monitor system logs and user activity to proactively resolve recurring issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Required qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience with CATIA and ENOVIA is highly preferred
- Knowledge of MQL/TCL
- Experience in an ITAR-compliant environment
- Ability to maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits
