Job Summary
To support the Project Management Office team, the full-time salaried PLM System Administrator will manage the administration of the Propel Quality and Product Lifecycle Management System, focusing on user support, data integrity, reporting, and compliance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Propel-related support requests, triaging and resolving user issues while maintaining a documented support queue
- Onboard new users and develop training materials, ensuring comprehensive documentation reflects the current system configuration and workflows
- Configure and maintain user roles, permission sets, and workflow automations within the Propel platform, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on administration experience with Propel or a comparable QMS/PLM platform
- Salesforce Administrator experience required; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, permission sets, and report/dashboard building
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR 111 cGMP requirements for dietary supplements is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting internal or third-party GMP audits, including record pulling and report generation
