PMIS Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Medical Enlisted Training Campus Recapitalization Program, the full-time remote PMIS Business Analyst will manage the configuration and integration of the Project Management Information System, ensuring effective tracking of project requirements, cost, and schedules while serving as the subject matter expert for the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and integrate the PMIS to facilitate consistent data tracking for project requirements and activities
• Lead discovery sessions and document current and future-state processes to define information requirements and workflows
• Develop and deliver role-based training and provide first-line user support while monitoring data quality and maintaining configuration guides

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in PMIS, construction technology, or systems integration, including a full PMIS implementation lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PMIS platforms such as Kahua and Autodesk Forma
• Ability to map construction business processes and train nontechnical users
• Working knowledge of capital program controls processes, including change management and cost tracking
