PMIS Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time PMIS Implementation Specialist will manage the configuration and implementation of project management information systems, focusing on workflows, data migration, and user training in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and project requirements into PMIS configurations, including workflows, templates, and reports
• Lead PMIS implementations, ensuring successful setup, data management, and user adoption
• Provide training and create documentation for users, while managing access and permissions within the PMIS environment

Required qualifications

• BA/BS plus four years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with PMIS platforms such as Trimble Unity Construct or Oracle Unifier
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or construction-specific credentials preferred
• Knowledge of project management financials, including budgeting and invoicing
• Experience with APIs for custom integrations and data syncing
