PMO Projects Estimator
Job Summary
To support a project management delivery team, the full-time PMO Projects Estimator will develop accurate construction cost estimates, conduct market research for pricing, and collaborate with clients and project teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and support the development of overall Project Cost Plans
- Research regional pricing and maintain cost benchmarking information while collaborating with engineering teams for cost-effective design solutions
- Produce monthly project reports on estimating activities and ensure accurate cost data documentation and governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated estimating skills
- Preferred accreditation from RICS or CIOB
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of estimating software such as OST
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction practices
