Job Summary
Leading a team of Program Managers, the full-time PMP Certified Business Transformation Director will manage strategic business and technology initiatives, coach and mentor associates, and ensure operational efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the business in achieving strategic goals and operational efficiency through effective team leadership and mentorship
- Establish partnerships with senior management to identify new initiatives and prioritize the project portfolio
- Ensure the implementation of governance frameworks and validate the impact of initiatives on ROI and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or organizational change management
