Job Summary
To support the execution of a large-scale federal healthcare technology program, the full-time PMP Certified Deputy Program Manager will manage program delivery, oversee governance, and coordinate across multiple technical and functional workstreams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the program
- Provide leadership and oversight across multiple technical and functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and delivery
- Establish program-level status reporting, dashboards, and metrics while managing risks and issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, particularly with large-scale technology programs
- PMP Certification is required
- Demonstrated experience in a Deputy Program Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or comparable leadership role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid software delivery methodologies
