PMP Certified GIS Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a wide range of environmental, planning, and engineering disciplines, the full-time fully remote PMP Certified GIS Project Manager will manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of moderately complex GIS solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Determines project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with clients
- Implements project plans, coordinates activities, and monitors resources to mitigate risks
- Conducts analytical studies and ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute
- A minimum of five (5) years of Project Manager experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a lead capacity
- Experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools
