PMP Certified GIS Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a diverse range of environmental, planning, and engineering projects, the full-time remote PMP Certified GIS Project Manager will manage project scope, develop and implement project plans, and ensure quality assurance while coordinating resources and activities to meet objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Determine project scope and deliverables by collaborating with clients to define IT service requirements
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and quality assurance processes while monitoring activities to mitigate risks
- Conduct analytical studies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute
- A minimum of five (5) years of Project Manager experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in a lead capacity
- Experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools
