Job Summary
To support the Job & Skills Architecture initiative, the contract Project Manager - HR will manage project milestones, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure alignment with Workday implementation timelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the integrated project plan and drive project milestones to completion
- Ensure alignment across various workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies
- Maintain the RAID log, identify risks, and prepare governance reporting materials
Required qualifications
- PMP Certification
- 7+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience leading HR transformation or HR technology initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendors
- Familiarity with Workday implementations and HR operating processes
