PMP Certified Program Director
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for a portfolio of complex programs, the full-time remote PMP Certified Program Director will establish program strategy, governance, and performance expectations to enhance operational solutions within the Contact Center Line of Business.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the strategy and execution of programs supporting the Contact Center, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Establish governance structures and performance measures to drive successful delivery of business priorities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on program priorities and operational opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of program and project management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of portfolio and program management, operational readiness, and risk management
- Experience in contact center operations and regulatory readiness processes
- Healthcare payer experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
