Job Summary
Overseeing a complex, multi-stream program remotely, the full-time PMP Certified Program Manager will manage program controls, track milestones, and ensure stakeholder engagement while aligning deliverables to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own the program roadmap, controls, cadence, and standardized reporting/compliance
- Align PMs, vendors, and client teams while managing interdependencies across multiple work streams
- Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks, maintaining a centralized register and delivering executive updates
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience overseeing multi-stream projects with globally distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; master's degree and PMP certification preferred
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and PPM tools, including building dashboards and status reports
- Strong financial acumen in managing program budgets and tracking expenditures
- Proficiency in hybrid Agile-Waterfall methodologies and creating governance frameworks
