Job Summary

Leading defense munition programs, the full-time remote PMP Certified Program Manager will manage project execution and delivery aligned with strategic business goals while driving operational excellence and compliance within the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense munition programs ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
• Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and proactively resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management within aerospace defense or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of defense munition program requirements and regulatory standards
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex program plans including scheduling and budgeting
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies specific to aerospace defense projects
• PMP or CAPM certification required, with the expectation to obtain the applicable certification within six months of hire
