Job Summary
Driving cross-functional alignment, the full-time remote PMP Certified Program Manager will manage complex projects within the enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), ensuring effective execution, communication with senior leadership, and timely resolution of risks and issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for new product launches and large, complex projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and deliver project status reports while identifying and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare business PMO environment
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional, strategic projects
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Hands-on experience with a project or portfolio management tool (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Experience managing project risks, issues, timelines, scope, and dependencies
