Job Summary
To support the implementation of network security solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage multiple global projects, ensuring timely delivery while serving as the primary contact for customers and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage simultaneous global projects, ensuring timely implementations in accordance with best practices and prescribed methodologies
- Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project life-cycle, including scope, requirements, timeline, and risk management
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive time to value, while providing comprehensive updates to project stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3 or more years of project management experience with a proven record of successfully delivering projects for Fortune 500 customers
- PMP Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Demonstrable flexibility and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience working within Network Security is highly preferred
