PMP Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support the modernization efforts of the Administrative Office of the US Courts, the remote Sr. Scrum Master will manage Agile practices, coach teams on Scrum methodologies, and facilitate communication among stakeholders while ensuring project goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Establish goals and plans that align with Program Increment (PI) objectives
- Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups and Sprint Planning
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile values and practices to enhance team dynamics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least five (5+) years of experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP), along with PMP certification
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-tempo environment
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
