Job Summary
Managing the Professional Services Group's value-added services consulting business, the full-time Strategic Consulting Manager will oversee project delivery, coordinate with project managers, and ensure maximum value is delivered to customers through effective consulting engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee monthly revenue forecasting and ensure completion of consulting projects
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and advise on best practices during consulting engagements
- Lead stakeholder communication through scrum meetings and quarterly updates on consulting business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Active PMP certification
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Spok products and consulting engagement processes
