Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw conversations into engaging narratives using pacing, music, and visual elements
• Structure edits to maximize viewer engagement and manage final subtitling and branding
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine the editorial voice and implement feedback

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience editing long-form video content for high-profile podcasts or similar formats
• Experience with a podcast that ranks in the top 5% and achieves 100,000+ downloads per episode
• Strong understanding of story structure, pacing, and YouTube performance metrics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, and motion graphics integration
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
