Podcast Production Intern
Job Summary
As a Podcast Production Intern for a three-month period, the role will support the Creative Team in daily podcast and content production, engaging in research, concept development, and social media content creation, while working in a hybrid environment based in Berlin or Munich.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent research for ongoing podcast productions, preparing detailed research dossiers for new episodes
- Actively contribute to the development and conceptualization of new podcasts, providing ideas and insights during team discussions
- Support the team in adapting podcast content for social media formats, such as videos and clips, to highlight key themes and stories
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree and seeking an internship as part of academic requirements or as a voluntary opportunity
- Interest in podcasts, journalism, pop culture, and storytelling, with a willingness to delve into various topics
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously, while contributing original ideas
- Previous experience in editorial work, research, or podcast production is a plus, but not mandatory
