Job Summary

To enhance digital presence, the temporary full-time Podcast Video & Social Media Producer will create and manage long-form and short-form video content for various platforms while collaborating with podcast producers to align with the brand's voice and marketing strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish long-form videos for Criminal's YouTube channel, including initial editorial cuts and final versions
• Create engaging short-form video content for social media and YouTube shorts, translating podcast moments into visual stories
• Develop and execute a social media plan to promote new episodes and events, optimizing content for platform performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in producing long-form and short-form video content, particularly for interview-driven formats
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their performance drivers
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with design tools like Photoshop or Canva
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team
• Experience in podcast media or editorial-driven brands is preferred
