Policy Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of health IT solutions, the remote Policy Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate Alternative Payment Models and other value-based care initiatives, ensuring alignment with health policy and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver health IT solutions aligned with federal health policies
• Translate complex policy requirements into scalable, user-centered product features
• Analyze data to inform product improvements and oversee product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering and testing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in public policy, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or policy analysis with exposure to healthcare data
• Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and translate it into technical or operational solutions
• Strong foundation in data analysis and performance measurement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
