Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Forest Service's mission, the full-time remote Policy/Research Analyst will optimize business tools, assist in drafting strategic documents, and analyze legislative impacts to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize business tools and facilitate executive-level decision making
- Assist government program staff in drafting business case documents and developing reports and presentation materials
- Analyze initiatives and assess the impact of new legislation and regulations on the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years' experience performing program/policy analyst work
- At least 2 years' experience using federal correspondence management systems
