Job Summary
To support the Policy and Government Services team, the remote Policy Analyst will conduct in-depth research and analysis of legislative and regulatory requirements, provide policy guidance to internal stakeholders, and assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and interpret statutes and organizational policies to support policy development and consistent application across scholarship programs
- Develop policy-related communications, including summaries and guidance materials for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor legislative changes and ensure effective policy implementation and governance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in policy analysis, regulatory compliance, or program administration
- Experience researching and interpreting policies, statutes, and regulations
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
