Policy and Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support policy development and strategic planning for a complex Department of War organization, the full-time salaried Policy and Planning Analyst will translate information into actionable plans and management actions, with remote eligibility and periodic on-site support in Quantico, Virginia as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and update policies, procedures, and management documentation for government review
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, integrated schedules, and assessment reports
• Support governance reviews and prepare briefings, minutes, and action-item trackers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, management, or a related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience conducting organizational assessments and preparing management documentation
• Experience supporting project planning, schedules, and risk management
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and technical-writing skills
• Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) required
