Seeking a dynamic professional, the full-time remote Policy and Regulatory Affairs Manager will manage legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts, engage with industry stakeholders, and translate product vision into actionable policy objectives to support growth in the electric utility sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regulatory and legislative engagement strategies for the central and eastern United States, focusing on Midwest markets
  • Research regulatory developments and advocate for initiatives related to grid modernization and demand-side management
  • Engage with state and local officials to advance policy objectives and represent the company as a thought leader in electric vehicle and grid modernization programs
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS with 5-10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in the energy sector; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Familiarity with electricity industry trends and utility business models
  • Experience with federal and state-level DER and demand-side management initiatives
  • Ability to draft regulatory comments and analyze energy policy
  • Existing network among stakeholders in demand flexibility and grid modernization preferred
