Policy Processing Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Policy Processing Representative will efficiently process policy-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while handling inquiries from policyholders and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process new business submissions, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements in a timely manner
• Review and verify policy applications and issue policy documents to clients
• Collaborate with management, underwriters, and brokers to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology-related fields being a plus
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
