Job Summary
To assess changes in menstrual discrimination, the remote Population-Based Survey Consultant will design, conduct, and analyze an endline representative survey across nine countries, ensuring methodological consistency with the baseline survey and inclusivity of systematically excluded menstruators.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement an endline survey methodology that replicates baseline procedures for comparability
- Analyze survey data to measure prevalence of menstrual discrimination and other key indicators, providing comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with local survey partners and ensure ethical considerations are met, including obtaining necessary approvals
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing and implementing population-based representative surveys, particularly in the Global South
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to administer surveys in local languages of the project countries
- Expertise in sexual and reproductive health assessments, particularly regarding menstrual discrimination
- Strong knowledge of the sexual and reproductive health landscape in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural settings and adapt to remote collaboration challenges
