Job Summary
Focusing on the operational effectiveness of Population Health programs, the full-time Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager will lead team meetings, manage cross-functional projects, and conduct operational assessments while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational testing and experiments for Care & Case Management teams to enhance operational value
- Manage cross-functional projects by developing executed plans and tracking project timelines and KPIs
- Own data-driven reporting, ensuring accurate metrics and reporting for the Care & Case Management business
Required Qualifications:
- At least seven years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-growing business
- Proven ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions
- Strong proficiency in Excel for building robust models
- Experience with AI productivity tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Bachelor's degree required
