- Participates in coaching and management on pre-visit planning techniques and closure of gaps in care at the practice or clinic level
- Coordinates and completes special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field or equivalent
- 1+ years of healthcare experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to consistently meet and track timelines and goals
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system
