Job Summary
Joining a growing team, the full-time Portal Functional Consultant will lead portal discovery sessions, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementations of the Victim Services Suite, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client-facing portal discovery sessions and gather portal-specific requirements
- Document portal requirements and develop wireframes based on customer needs
- Support portal user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the portal meets customer business requirements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional consulting or business analysis
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an FBI background check
- Strong client-facing experience, including gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience developing user stories and wireframes
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
