Job Summary
Leading the delivery strategy for a Customer Engagement (CE) portfolio, the full-time Portfolio Delivery Lead will manage complex CRM and Power Platform solutions remotely, ensuring delivery predictability, client satisfaction, and effective risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive delivery execution and governance for assigned CE portfolio, enhancing overall portfolio health
- Oversee risk management and escalation processes to facilitate timely decision-making for challenged engagements
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on presales activities and project estimation to ensure client-centered outcomes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading CRM or customer engagement technology portfolios
- Demonstrated ability in portfolio risk management and engagement recovery planning
- Experience in mentoring project and engagement leaders to build delivery capabilities
- Knowledge of capacity planning, resource allocation, and KPI management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform ecosystems
