Job Summary
Leading the delivery strategy for a remote, full-time Portfolio Delivery Lead, UO will manage a Unified Operations portfolio that includes Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production/Manufacturing, focusing on delivery predictability, risk mitigation, and team effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery execution and governance for complex ERP and business transformation engagements
- Collaborate with Service Line leaders and Engagement Managers to enhance portfolio performance and client satisfaction
- Manage portfolio risk and escalation, ensuring timely intervention and effective recovery planning
Required qualifications
- Experience leading delivery performance and profitability of enterprise ERP or business transformation portfolios
- Proven leadership on large, strategic, complex, or at-risk client engagements
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio risk management and engagement recovery planning
- Experience in mentoring project leaders and developing project management capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Production/Manufacturing ecosystems
