Portfolio Development Manager

Job Summary

To support regional U.S. offices, the full-time remote Portfolio Development Manager will manage donor development, church partnerships, and private fundraising initiatives while serving as a strategic leader and primary liaison between the home office and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise local office staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing spiritual leadership
• Co-develop and implement integrated advancement strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance donor engagement
• Lead national campaign execution and project management across assigned offices, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith, committed to the mission and values of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, including major gift pipeline development
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience with performance management and team coaching
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project implementation
