Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance leader across multiple Electrical Power Transmission project portfolios in the NAM region
- Drive portfolio profitability, margin performance, cash generation, and working capital improvement
- Lead portfolio-level financial reviews, including forecasting, budgeting, risk assessments, and action planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership
- Strong understanding of project-based financial management, including profitability and cash flow
- Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex project or portfolio environments
- Proven ability to influence and partner across cross-functional teams in a matrixed operating environment
