Job Summary
Assisting with the portfolio management process, the full-time Analyst, Portfolio Management will ensure timely implementation of investment strategies and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates with borrowers and manages loan closing and post-closing processes
- Reviews funding disbursement requests and maintains compliance with loan conditions
- Tracks and analyzes loan delinquencies, rebalances portfolios, and ensures adherence to client guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in portfolio management and asset management
- Strong quantitative reasoning and writing skills
- Knowledge of underwriting procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
