Portfolio Manager, Florida Licensed

Job Summary

To support the servicing of commercial real estate loans, the full-time Portfolio Manager, Florida Licensed, will oversee an assigned portfolio, manage borrower requests, and resolve delinquency issues while maintaining professional customer relations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain frequent contact with borrowers as the elevated point of contact, addressing inquiries and managing delinquency resolutions
• Review and analyze loan documents and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to investor servicing guidelines
• Document borrower requests and prepare thorough analyses to support recommendations for special requests

Required qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of loan servicing experience required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other information processing programs
• Ability to perform complex calculations and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is considered a plus
