Job Summary
Owning asset management for a portfolio of residential transition loans and home equity lines of credit, the full-time remote Portfolio & Investment Operations Manager will track performance, produce portfolio reports, and manage day-to-day operations while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Track performance metrics of mortgage assets, including payoffs and delinquency rates
- Produce recurring portfolio reports for internal and institutional stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day portfolio operations, including cash and collateral reconciliation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in portfolio or asset management, structured finance, or capital markets operations
- Experience with residential transition loans, HELOCs, or warehouse-financed loan portfolios
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and financial modeling
- Ability to interpret and apply governing and servicing agreements directly
- Experience with fund or investment vehicle administration preferred
