Portfolio Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support asset management activities, the full-time remote Portfolio Operations Specialist will manage third-party asset management platforms, ensure accurate account record-keeping, and assist client service teams in implementing investment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise internal trading teams and outside asset managers to meet client needs and ensure accurate account investments
- Review accounts for accuracy and compliance with asset allocation policies
- Monitor third-party asset management platforms for proper trading and asset allocations
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional investment management environment preferred
- Experience with Envestnet systems is helpful
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access is beneficial
