Portfolio Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead product development and manage a remote team, the full-time Portfolio Product Manager will oversee quality assurance, product ownership, and rapid prototyping while also dedicating approximately 5 hours per week to support a digital marketing agency's technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Test all work before stakeholder release, ensuring quality through writing test cases and conducting tests on various devices
• Own product management for new features, managing backlogs, acceptance criteria, and mobile app submissions
• Direct AI-assisted workflows for rapid prototyping and facilitate the transition to full engineering production

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing remote software engineering teams and driving hiring strategies
• 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Supabase/PostgreSQL
• Practical experience using AI code creation tools for application prototyping and delivery workflows
• Strong UI/UX awareness and the ability to propose product solutions proactively
• Exceptional English communication skills for effective coordination with international teams
