Portfolio Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support organizational decision-making, the full-time Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst will develop and enhance enterprise portfolio reporting, analytics, and dashboards while collaborating with various stakeholders to present actionable insights and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Smartsheet.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise portfolio dashboards and reports using Power BI and Smartsheet
- Analyze and present portfolio data to provide visibility into project health and resource utilization
- Support executive governance meetings by preparing presentation materials and analytics for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, data analytics, finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in portfolio reporting, business intelligence, or PMO operations
- Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and executive reporting solutions
- Experience with Smartsheet reporting and portfolio management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
