Portfolio Strategy & GIS Manager
Job Summary
Combining geospatial analytics with commercial real estate strategy, the full-time Portfolio Strategy & GIS Manager will develop mapping, reporting, and analytics solutions to support data-driven portfolio decisions, working remotely with various stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client-ready maps, dashboards, and reporting solutions to enhance portfolio performance and operational efficiency
- Support the creation and maintenance of client strategy documents, including Plans of Record and portfolio plans
- Build and manage data pipelines and integration processes to support analytics and reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in GIS, geospatial analytics, or commercial real estate strategy
- Demonstrated expertise in ArcGIS, including hands-on experience with ArcGIS Online and spatial data management
- Strong skills in Excel and data analytics, with experience in Power Query and Power BI preferred
- Experience preparing and integrating spatial and business data from multiple sources, with familiarity in cloud analytics platforms like Databricks
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
