Post Closing Commercial Specialist

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance with loan documentation and regulatory requirements, the full-time Post Closing Commercial Specialist will perform comprehensive reviews of executed commercial loan packages and manage post-closing activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents to verify accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation
• Perform system data audits and ensure all post-closing activities are completed efficiently and accurately

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in commercial post-closing, due diligence, or loan servicing within a banking environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in loan document review and collateral management
• Proficiency with loan origination systems such as nCino and core banking systems
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to commercial lending and post-closing conditions
