Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Post Closing Final Documents Manager will oversee daily operations related to collateral management, manage the post-closing pipeline, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while providing support and coaching to the post-closing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to collateral management, delivery review, and final documents
- Manage the post-closing pipeline and track team performance against set objectives
- Develop and implement guidelines for compliance with investor and agency requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage closing, shipping, and/or post-closing
- At least 3 years' management experience in the mortgage industry
- Strong knowledge of state and federal mortgage laws (e.g., RESPA, TILA, ECOA)
- Experience using the Encompass loan operating system for at least 2 years
