Post Closing Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Post Closing Specialists, the full-time remote Post Closing Supervisor will manage workflow, oversee hiring and training, and enhance team culture while serving as the primary escalation point for issues and questions related to post-closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the capacity and workflow of Post Closing Specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Act as the main contact for team members, addressing escalations and ensuring positive experiences for Escrow Officers
• Continuously evaluate and improve procedures to enhance team efficiency and productivity based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in real estate transaction processing and customer service
• Experience managing title and escrow transactions, particularly in post-closing and funding activities
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring quality outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and leaders
