Job Summary

Focused on investigating teacher professional learning and student outcomes, the part-time Post-Doctoral Research Associate will co-author publications and grant proposals, facilitate professional development sessions, and provide coaching for teachers implementing a place-based AI in Agriculture curriculum in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Empirically investigate teacher professional learning and student learning outcomes
• Co-author peer-reviewed publications and federal grant proposals
• Facilitate professional development sessions and provide ongoing coaching to teachers

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Research experience and co-authoring academic articles
• Strong writing skills for a scholarly audience
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Knowledge of developing lesson plans for teachers
